The Product Formulator researches, identifies and generates new product ingredients and formulation. Ensures required testing and documentation is in place. Troubleshoots technical, formulation and processing issues in collaboration with the Product Development team.

In this role you will:

• Research and generate new product formulation for liquids, powders, tablets, and soft-gels.
• Research and identify optimal ingredients for new formulations.
• Work closely with the QA department to ensure required testing and documentation is in place.
• Work cross-functionally to troubleshoot technical, formulation, and processing issues during new product development.

Qualifications and Experience:

• BA/BS in Business, Science or related field.
• Experience in Nutraceutical Product Development or related field is ideal.
• Basic skills in math.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to produce high quality work with limited supervision.

Computer Skills:

• Must be proficient with MS Office and have advanced Excel skills.

Other Requirements:

• This is a full time, in house position at our headquarters in Watsonville, California.
• Telecommuting will not be considered.
