Keri Marshall, MS, ND Chief Medical Officer Dr. Keri Marshall, Chief Medical Officer for Nordic Naturals, is a licensed naturopathic doctor who specializes in pediatrics, women's medicine and chronic disease management. Dr. Marshall has published several scientific papers and magazine articles, and has written a book on proteins and amino acids. She appears regularly in the media on radio shows including, ABC's "A View from the Bay," PBS's "Healing Quest" and on NPR. Dr. Marshall has served as a scientific adviser to Citizens for Health and as a nutrition advisor to the United States Sugar Association. She has been a nutrition expert in her local public school district and on a national level for the Alliance for a Healthier Generation. She also serves on several advisory boards for peer-reviewed journals. Dr. Marshall received her Naturopathic Medical degree from the National College of Naturopathic Medicine in Portland, OR, her Master's in Epidemiology from SUNY at Buffalo, and her BS from George Washington University. She maintains a small private practice in Bethesda, MD.

Stuart Tomc, CNHP
Global Educator and Spokesperson
With more than twenty years experience in the field of Nutritional Medicine, Stuart Tomc, Global Educator and Spokesperson for Nordic Naturals, is an authority on evidence-based dietary supplements. He is a respected consultant to the World Health Organization and integrative physicians worldwide, having traveled the world as an educator and trainer for more than 10 years. With an accomplished background in media appearances, Tomc is adept at educating, entertaining, and delivering a powerful message on important health subjects in today’s changing world. It has been said of Tomc, “He has the rare ability to entertain and educate in the same breath.” Tomc is known for his print interviews and articles in trade and health publications. In addition, he was a contributing writer for Dr. Perricone’s Seven Secrets to Beauty, Health and Longevity by Dr. Nicholas Perricone. Tomc has been featured in more than 2,000 radio interviews, including NPR, “The Willner Window,” “Healthy Talk Radio,” and “Let’s Talk Nutrition” with Dr. Michael Garko. He has been a frequent co-host on “To Your Health” with Dr. Chris Greene. In addition, he has appeared on almost 50 television shows and exhibited at over 150 natural health and product shows.

Dr. Scott Minton, PhD
Educator
Dr. Scott Minton, PhD, Educator for Nordic Naturals, has more than a decade of experience as a biology professor, has worked as a clinical and laboratory researcher and, in recent years, as a nutritional consultant. Dr. Minton earned both a Masters and Ph.D. in Resource Ecology from the University of Michigan. He was a tenured Associate Professor at Vanguard University in the Biological Sciences. Dr. Minton has completed two years of medical training at Ross University School of Medicine and holds a certification in Health and Fitness by the American College of Sports Medicine. As a nutritional consultant, Dr. Minton practiced evidence-based nutrition. He based his dietary programs on a comprehensive intake process and advanced nutritional laboratory testing. This individual-centered strategy yielded successful experiences for patients with longstanding fatigue, excess weight gain, digestive distress, lowered immune function, hormone imbalances and other inflammatory conditions.

Eliza Leggatt
Educator
Energized by a desire to unite public health initiatives with the growing field of Complementary and Alternative Medicine (CAM), Eliza Leggatt is a gifted communicator and health educator. Eliza draws upon a wealth of experience ranging from the United States Marine Corps to motherhood. During her time in the Marine Corps, Eliza earned a meritorious promotion upon graduating from recruit training in Parris Island, South Carolina. She was honored after graduating from the Naval War College in Newport, Rhode Island, where she earned a higher GPA than any previous graduate. She saw and experienced firsthand the prevalence and consequences of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) affecting our servicemen and women, and entered the civilian world with a renewed enthusiasm for educating about Natural Living. Intense in her zeal, yet gentle in her approach, Eliza empowers others on their health journeys with compassion, candor, and a unique ability to convey complex scientific principles in a down-to-earth, accessible manner.
