*ARE NORDIC NATURALS PRODUCT AT RISK OF RADIATION EXPOSURE IN LIGHT OF THE RECENT TRAGIC EVENTS IN JAPAN? In an effort to address concerns relating to the recent, tragic events in Japan, Nordic Naturals would like to reassure customers that our products are not at risk for radiation exposure. While our products remain unaffected by this disaster, Nordic Naturals will continue to take preventative action by testing all fish oils harvested during and after March 2011 for radiation. These test results will be listed on all applicable Certificates of Analysis. We will continue to assess any potential risks resulting from this crisis, and will maintain precautionary measures until they are deemed no longer necessary.
Nordic Naturals sources fish oil from a variety of species, all of which are harvested through sustainable fishing practices in the following regions:
• Arctic cod are harvested in Arctic Norway
• Sardines and anchovies are harvested from the South Pacific Ocean off the coast of Peru
• Kenai Wild™ Alaskan Salmon are harvested from the Cook Inlet of Kenai, Alaska
