Online Return Policy
Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. In the event you are not pleased with the product you purchased from Nordic Naturals you may return the product if it meets the guidelines below.
- Only products in unmarked, resalable condition may be returned. Defective products may be returned for product credit after calling customer service.
- To initiate a return, call our customer service team at 1-800-662-2544 and request a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
- Return requests MUST be made within 30 days from receipt of your order. Unfortunately, we can’t accept any returns if an RA# is not obtained within 30 days.
- We don’t offer merchandise exchanges. To receive a credit for your purchase, products must be returned in original packaging.
- Please note we can only accept products purchased directly through Nordic Naturals. If you purchased your product through a third-party retailer, please contact that retailer for their return policy.
- Returns must be received within 30 days after an RA# is issued to receive full credit.
- We can only accept returns with a clearly marked RA# on the outside of the package.
- All returns will be checked by our return specialists. If expected items or products are missing, the cost of those items will be deducted from your refund.
