The Pro Marketing Communications Coordinator reports to the Pro Brand Manager and is part of the cross-functional Marketing and Education team that includes strategy, social media, training, website development, copywriting, design, sponsorship and events for the consumer, retail, and practitioner (Pro) markets.
Working closely with the Pro Brand Manager, the Marcom Coordinator is responsible for the execution of marketing projects for the practitioner market, ensuring consistency with the pro brand strategy, commitments and goals. Projects include lead generation, media campaigns, product launches, content marketing, and channel partner support. The Marcom Coordinator is responsible for overall coordination and completion of tactics including but not limited to customer and prospect email communications, web landing pages, advertising, collateral, and webinar and video production.
In this role you will:
- Enter Pro marketing projects in Clarizen, providing all requirements and resources for creative team
- Manage execution of Pro marketing print, digital and email projects and tactics according to deadlines, including product launches, content offers, web updates, email campaigns, and other special projects
- Maintain Pro marketing calendar
- Track and report campaign results
- Collaborate with Pro Brand Manager to ensure pro marketing deliverables maintain Pro and overall brand strategy
- Support lead generation campaigns and ensure leads are processed correctly into our marketing automation platform and CRM
- Account liaison - budget, billing, deliverables
- Understand requirements of distribution partners, manage on-time delivery of all marketing assets and process invoices, ensuring expenses align with budget
- Coordinate media relationships, manage on-time delivery of all marketing assets and process invoices, ensuring expenses align with budget
- Implement strategy in deliverables
- Collaborate with pro brand manager to determine strategy for deliverables
- Manage distribution deliverables
- Manage email deliverables
- Manage print deliverables
- Website updates
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree, Marketing, Business, English or other related field
- A minimum of 2-3 years related experience in marketing and/or in the nutritional products industry
- Experience managing marketing projects
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms preferred, especially Mail Chimp and Salesforce.com
- Basic proficiency in the MS Office Suite required
- Photoshop experience preferred

- General Marcom talent and competencies including baseline familiarity with advertising, web, social marketing, copywriting, design as well as print, email and database marketing techniques
- Strong verbal and written communications skills including copy editing, business correspondence, reports and effective email communication
- Adept at handling multiple complex projects simultaneously under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to be flexible in managing competing priorities and shift focus as determined by changing needs of the business
- Able to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or schedule form.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with variables in situations where limited standardization exists
- Results driven with basic understanding of campaign measurement

Other Requirements:
- This is a full time, in house position at our headquarters in Watsonville, California.
