Nordic Naturals Announces 2007 Sales Awards

Watsonville, California (March 31, 2008) Nordic Naturals announced their 2007 Sales Awards in a ceremony and party following their bi-annual sales meeting at Natural Products Expo West 2008 in Anaheim. 2007 Sales Representative of the Year went to two brokers due to a tie: Nicole Reyes Martin who met aggressive sales and marketing goals in the established territory of northern Texas and Jeff Garmon who in the face of adversity from Hurricane Katrina met all sales and marketing goals in the territory of Louisiana and Mississippi. Both Jeff and Nicole produced notable increases in demos, promotions and coop advertisements placed in their stores. They were each awarded a plaque and cash bonus by National Sales Manager Corinna Bellizzi. “We honor these two brokers for their excellence in growing Nordic Naturals through sales, marketing efforts and understanding the importance of consumer outreach,” announced Corinna.
Honorable mentions were given to two brokers for “Going the Extra Mile”. Judith Ricci of Bolder Brokers representing Colorado and Jim Amick of Jim Amick Sales representing Michigan and Ohio were honored for creatively driving sales with grass roots educational and marketing campaigns in their territories. Judith was affectionately dubbed “Rocky Mountain Mama” and Jim, “The Cod Father”. Both received plaques and awards.

The company also announces new sales hires in the last year: Doreen Benoit, for the Colorado Springs Metro Area, Jacque Griffin for Indiana and Kentucky and John Ehrke for Kansas and Missouri.
