Watsonville, California (November 17, 2015) Nordic Naturals invites all show attendees to a very special lecture by Dr. Scott Minton entitled, “New Perspectives on Old Friends, Recent Discoveries Unifying Fish Oil, Vitamin D, and a Balanced Brain Throughout Life,” during SOHO Expo, December 5-6, 2015, at the Gaylord Palms Resort and Convention Center in Kissimmee, Florida. About Scott Minton, MS, PhD

Dr. Minton has over a decade of experience as a biology professor, and has worked as a clinical and laboratory researcher, and in recent years, as a nutrition consultant. Dr. Minton earned both a master’s degree and PhD in Resource Ecology from the University of Michigan, and was a tenured Associate Professor in the Biological Sciences at Vanguard University. Dr. Minton has completed two years of medical training at Ross University School of Medicine, and holds a certification in Health and Fitness by the American College of Sports Medicine.
