Nordic Naturals Hosts Eye Health Lecture At International Vision Expo and Conference in Las Vegas

Watsonville, CA (September 14, 2010) Nordic Naturals presents a special lecture on omega-3 fish oil and ocular health by Dr. David Nelson, OD, MBA, for registered conference attendees on Thursday, October 7, 2010 from 2:45 -3:45 p.m. in Room 201-S at the Sands Expo and Convention Center, during the International Vision Expo and Conference October 6-9. The lecture will focus on why omega-3 supplementation may be beneficial to patients' long-term health and why primary eye care practitioners can have increased confidence in recommending important supplements such as essential fatty acids and carotenoids. It will also cover research, clinical care options for the future, and the importance of preventive measures. Continuing education credit is being offered for this presentation.

Dr. Nelson graduated from the Indiana University School of Optometry and received a diversified MBA from the University of Wisconsin, School of Business.
